With 30 years of Real Estate
Investing behind us we have become experts in the field of
property investments in and around the Daytona Beach,
Florida area. During that time we have been actively
involved in Real Estate Development, Pre-Construction Condo
investments and renting and leasing both commercial and
residential properties. From time to time we like to
introduce select properties and offer them for resale.
The properties we choose to sell are unique, exclusive and
offer excellent income potential to future buyers either
through rental income or reselling. We are a small
operation and it is therefore sometimes necessary to let
some of our inventory go in order to free up additional
capitol that can then be used to re-invest in other
